“Even not for profit organizations will have to improve their services to the public (clients) in these bad economic times. Resources (not to mention credit and money resources) are scarce and the public insists on better and, especially, more efficient services in order to save (their) money (regardless whether it is donation or tax money). Not for profit organizations also need to implement business survival techniques in order to survive. What is wrong with that? Nothing. The only difference is that not for profits' objective is not to make a profit but to deliver a specific service WHILE utilizing public money more efficiently in order to stretch their services.
