Malicious Actions and Software

Business Around The Globe.Com does not tolerate malicious actions and software, for example the creation and deliberate sending of viruses, worms, Trojan horses and spy ware, causing financial loss and damage to computer systems. Unauthorized Opt-In

Business Around The Globe.Com does not tolerate the unauthorized subscription of third party e-mail addresses. If it is proven that an e-mail address is subscribed to our system without the owner's (i.e. an individual or business) permission (when proofed to be the case), the ISP or Web Host will be contacted to terminate the user on its system, responsible for the unauthorized subscription - that is, should we be able to identify and locate the user's ISP or Web Host. Fraud and Illegal Activities

Business Around The Globe.Com does not tolerate fraud and illegal activities. Business Around The Globe.Com was founded on certain core business values. With regard to ethical issues, one of our ethical values is integrity (i.e. honesty and truthfulness).

Therefore, we will inform the relevant authorities about any individual or business attempting to use or using our systems, software, information, products or services for fraudulent and illegal activities (when proven to be the case). Business Around The Globe.Com believes in personal privacy (please see our Privacy Policy). We uphold the right of personal privacy and information security on and off the Internet (i.e. online and offline databases). Our opt-in mailing list is a private mailing list and will never be sold or given away (i.e. individuals' or business' names, e-mail addresses, as well as any other confidential information about our customers or subscribers). Our affiliates and joint business partners will not have any access to our opt-in list either. Unsubscribe Policy

Business Around The Globe.Com has an unsubscribe policy. Any individual or business asking to have his/her or its e-mail address deleted out of our private opt-in-database, will automatically be unsubscribed. In every e-mail we provide an automated unsubscribe link at the bottom (users only need to click on the link and send a blank e-mail to us). An unsubscribe request can also be processed by us when we have received an e-mail with a request to be deleted out of our private opt-in-database and for the e-mail address to be removed.

No-Questions-Asked-Return and Refund Policy

Business Around The Globe.Com has a no-questions-asked return and refund policy (please see our Return and Refund Policy). Any individual or business asking a refund on his/her or its purchase will receive a refund from us - if it is within our prescribed return period (stipulated on our web site by every sales letter relating to a specific product) - without any questions being asked from our side. A prescribed return period differs from product to product but is usually a 90 day period. Information Collection Policy

Business Around The Globe.Com collects information from our web site visitors who decide to opt-in (subscribe) to our free products or services. This may include cartoon letters, e-books, articles etc. We also collect information from our subscribers and customers deciding to complete our surveys. From customers (i.e. individuals or businesses) purchasing some of our products or services, we only collect enough information to complete financial transactions.
