Terms and Conditions

1. In order to receive our free one (1) year web hosting plan offer, you need to purchase our business planning/survival guide - titled, Survival Kit for Small and Medium Businesses - Profit from your Business Risks! (Status of Promotion: Free offering not included with a customer's purchase from January 18, 2010. Watch this space for our next promotion!)

2. Our web hosting plan is free for the first year (365 days) - including setup and domain registration. If you wish to continue with the plan after the first year, you may extend your web hosting by ordering our web hosting services for additional 3, 6, 12 or 24 month periods (see prices below).

3. If you cancel your order of our business planning/survival guide within the prescribed period, you will lose your free web hosting plan.

4. We do NOT allow the following web content:

• Illegal web content or content in violation of another person's, or company's rights or trademarks.
• Illegal activities and products - e.g. spamming, hacking, malicious software etc.
• Pornographic web content or sites containing adult content.
• Inflammatory, offensive web content or content promoting hate.
• Gambling web sites.
• Web sites with content considered by us as unfriendly towards conservative family values.

Web sites with above content will be disconnected from the Internet and the web hosting plan will be suspended by us - without incurring the obligation to refund any payment to the owner of the web site. (If you are unsure about our conditions, please feel free to contact us.)

FREE Web Hosting Plan - Features and Specifications

Your free one (1) year web hosting plan will include the following features:

Renewal Process - Web Host Account

If you wish to continue with your web hosting plan after the first year (365 day free period), you may extend your web hosting with us by ordering our web hosting services for additional 3, 6, 12 or 24 month periods. The following renewal process is in place:

1. 30 days prior to the expiration date of your free web hosting account, we will send you an e-mail reminder that your account will expire in 30 days. No action is required from you when you receive this reminder.

2. 15 days prior to the expiration date of your free web hosting account, we will send you a 2Checkout.com invoice with a link to our payment page so that you can renew your web hosting plan by paying via 2Checkout.com OR PayPal. (For added privacy, security, reliability and service we have appointed 2Checkout.com, Inc. (2CO) as the authorized retailer of our goods and services.)

3. You will have 10 days to pay for the renewal of your account.

4. 5 days prior to the expiration date of your free web hosting account, you will receive a final reminder - should you not have renewed and paid. You will then have another 2 days to renew and pay your account.

5. Three days prior to the expiration date of your free web hosting account we will cancel your web hosting account - should we NOT have received any payment on Day 3 before the expiration date of your account.

6. If we have received your payment, we will extend your web hosting account for the additional month period (3, 6, 12 or 24 months) you have selected.

Renewal Process - Domain Name

We also provide you with a free domain registration for the next 12 months. You may renew your domain name with us after the 12 month period by ordering another year's registration. The following renewal process is in place for domain names:

1. 30 days prior to the expiration date of your domain name, we will send you an e-mail reminder that your domain name will expire in 30 days. No action is required from you when you receive this reminder.

2. 20 days prior to the expiration date of your domain name, we will send you a 2Checkout.com invoice with a link to our payment page so that you can renew your domain name by paying via 2Checkout.com OR PayPal. (For added privacy, security, reliability and service we have appointed 2Checkout.com, Inc. (2CO) as the authorized retailer of our goods and services.)

3. You will have 10 days to pay for the renewal of your domain name.

4. 10 days prior to the expiration date of your domain name, you will receive a final reminder - should you not have renewed and paid. You will then have another 4 days to renew and pay your account.

5. Six days prior to the expiration date of your domain name we will cancel your domain name - should we NOT have received any payment on Day 6 before the expiration date of your domain name.

6. If we have received your payment, we will extend your domain registration for an additional 12 months.

Initial Setup Process: Domain Name and Web Hosting Account

After you have purchased our business planning/survival manual, you will be directed to a download page (to download your copies of the business planning/survival manual as well as free coaching document). On this page you will also find more details to set up your web hosting account and domain name.

We will ask you to complete a simple web form so that we can create your domain name and web hosting account. (Condition: your purchase has to pass 2Checkout’s verification process. We normally receive a notification from 2Checkout.com within 3 hours. However, this condition won't affect the download of our e-manual and Business Plan software package - you will immediately receive your username and password to open the business planning/survival manual and software.)

After we have received your application, we will set up your hosting plan and domain within 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail from us, providing you with all the details (e.g. username and password) to access your web hosting control panel and to start setting up your web site.

Unique Domain Name

Reserve your domain name - to be associated with the web hosting plan we will provide you. Give your business a distinct web address!

By registering for your own domain name, you will:

• Create a professional image.

• Build your company's credibility on the web.

• Make it easier for visitors to remember your web address.

• Enforce your company's brand image with your unique web address.

Your domain and web hosting details

After you have made a decision on which domain name to use (and, of course, provided that the name is available), please provide us with your domain and web hosting details so that we can set up your web hosting account as soon as possible.*
